At 5 P’s Dog Training, we help our pet clients and their human friends make the most of their friendship. We know that each animal is different, and we work with you and your pet to provide tailor-made guidance that creates long-lasting change. Whether you have a new pet or already own a pet with behavioral challenges, we are here for support. Browse our service options below.

We want our clients to feel confident that they have the skills and knowledge to handle their dogs in all situations and environments. From helping you select, bring home, and train your new puppy to private at-home customized dog training, we provide you with everything you need to develop a positive relationship with your pet!
Private Sessions
A Little Goes a Long Way
Join us in training sessions with our expert pet trainers to strengthen your skills and confidence. You will see the change in your pet from the get-go. This service is offered within your own home or we can meet you at various local locations if there is a particular location that your dog needs assistance with. This is for dogs of all ages.

Puppy Kindergarten
Getting off to a great start!
Choose between one month (one session per week) Basic Puppy Skills program or a more in-depth Perfect Puppy program (approximately three months with one session per week). Each program has goals but can be customized to fit your needs.
Basic Puppy Skills includes:
· Four private 45 min - 1-hour sessions to be used over the course of about one month
· Take home documents and/or videos to refer to ensure proper training on your own
· Treat bag
Rate: $300
Perfect Puppy includes:
· 12 private 45 min to 1-hour sessions to be used over the course of approximately three months
· Treat bag
· Take home documents and/or videos to use as reference to properly reinforce training on your own
· Access to daily trainer communication to troubleshoot unexpected issues throughout that three-month period
Rate: $800

Puppy Prep Program
Get help picking the dog that is right for YOU!
This program is perfect for first-time dog owners or people who want to find a new addition to their family. We will assist you in finding the right dog for your household based on what you are looking for in a dog, your home environment, and your activity level. We will provide support throughout the entire selection process of your new puppy/dog. Once you have brought home your new pup, we will begin our private in-home training and socialization sessions. This program is perfect for families who want to ensure a smooth transition when adopting a new pup.
Assisting with finding/picking your new pup: $250
10% discount on any of the above packages (Block of 10/Basic Puppy Skills/Perfect Puppy)
Community Training Sessions
Those who train together, grow together!
Do you have more than one dog that could benefit from training? Do you have friends who also want training and socialization for their dogs? We can do semi-private group training sessions for multiple dogs as well! This helps socialize the dogs in a safe/controlled environment and can also reduce the cost when split between families.
Rate: Standard Private session rates apply with $20 per additional dog in the training session.
